The Junior Interstate series is underway in Tasmania.

The Boy's Team headed by recent Australian Junior Amateur Champion Anthony Murdaca is being played at the Launceston Golf Club.

The Girl's event is being held at the Ulverstone Golf Club.

South Australian Anthony Murdaca became the youngest ever winner of the Australian Boy's Amateur Championship with a two stroke victory at the Launceston Golf Club on Friday.

The Australian Junior Amateur Series is well underway in Tasmania.

The girls are playing at the Ulverstone Golf Club, the boys at Launceston

After the second round rising star Anthony Murdaca is in outright second place after a 3 under par round taking him to 4 under for the tournament.

Jarrod Freeman from NSW is one stroke ahead at 5 under.

The Amateur is the lead up event to the Junior Interstate Series which gets underway on Sunday.
